share with us.
We collect
the minimum amount of customer information required to
help us deliver superior service to our customers, which
includes advising customers about our products, services
and other opportunities, and to administer our business.
Only
authorized INVIS employees, who are trained in the proper
handling of customer information, have access to customer
information. Employees who breach our Privacy Policy will
be subject to our normal disciplinary process.
We
will not reveal customer information to any outside
organization unless we have previously informed the customer
in disclosures or agreements, have received authorization
from the customer, or are required by law. Whenever we
hire other organizations to provide support services,
we will require them to conform to our privacy standards.
We protect the security
of all information that customers provide us over
the Internet from interception and tampering with advanced
128-bit SSL or WTLS VeriSign encryption,
currently the strongest encryption available and the same
as that used by financial institutions.
